The Social Media Manager will take ownership of organic strategy, leading campaigns from concept to execution while driving engagement and performance across a diverse client portfolio.
Role Highlights
– Deliver and optimise organic social strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and more.
– Translate insights, trends and sentiment into creative ideas that drive growth.
– Brief and guide creative teams through production, ensuring every asset earns its place.
– Partner closely with clients and internal teams to refine campaigns and deliver measurable results.
– Support and mentor a Marketing Assistant to help them grow in confidence and capability.
You Will Need
– 6+ years of social media experience (agency exposure ideal but not essential).
– Proven record of growing and nurturing brand communities.
– Strong understanding of algorithms, analytics and content optimisation.
– Experience with tools such as Buffer and Adobe Creative Suite.
– A blend of creativity, commercial acumen and clear communication skills.
