Social Media Manager (Organic)
• £40,000 – £50,000 pro rata (30 hours)

Our client is a fast-growing consumer brand with a passionate customer base and a strong presence in the pet wellness space. Due to maternity leave, they are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager (Organic) to lead and elevate their organic social strategy across key platforms. This is an opportunity to shape how a well-loved brand shows up online, combining strategic oversight with hands-on delivery in a flexible, supportive environment.
The Social Media Manager (Organic) will take ownership of the organic roadmap, channel performance and community health, ensuring a consistent, engaging brand voice across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and emerging platforms.
The Social Media Manager (Organic) will:
– Own and evolve the organic social strategy aligned to campaigns and brand priorities
– Define channel roles, content pillars and tone of voice guidelines
– Lead the end-to-end content calendar from idea to publication
– Direct creators and freelancers to deliver platform-native content
– Set quarterly objectives and translate them into clear execution plans
Essential Skills & Experience
The role requires:
– Proven experience managing organic social channels for a consumer brand
– Strong copywriting across captions, scripts and community engagement
– Expertise in Instagram and TikTok best practice and editing standards
– Experience briefing creators and managing content calendars
– Confidence using social scheduling and analytics tools
