- Proven success growing consumer-facing social channels
- Strong strategic thinking with hands-on delivery mindset
- Confidence improving structure, processes and accountability
- Comfortable having challenging conversations and bringing people with you
- Editing, content production or on-camera confidence would be highly beneficial
