Our client is a global organisation looking to strengthen its social presence through sharper strategy, distinctive storytelling and consistently excellent content. You’ll join an established in-house creative hub where social is treated as a specialist discipline, giving you genuine ownership over how the organisation connects with professional audiences and influential decision-makers. This is an opportunity to move beyond simply publishing posts and instead build recurring content formats, develop creator partnerships and shape platform-native stories that earn attention. You’ll work alongside creative specialists across content, design and video, with senior visibility and the opportunity to influence how the brand is perceived across key social channels.

The Social Media Manager will own the organic social strategy and content calendar, turning audience insight into relevant, platform-specific storytelling across LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.

Role Highlights
  • Own and curate multi-platform organic social calendars, maintaining consistency and relevance.
  • Develop distinct approaches for entertainment-led Instagram and TikTok content and authority-driven LinkedIn storytelling.
  • Lead creator and influencer partnerships, shaping briefs that allow authentic creative expression.
  • Coordinate campaign workflows, timelines and delivery across internal creative teams and external partners.
  • Collaborate with content, design and video specialists to amplify campaigns, launches and daily publishing.

You Will Need
  • Hands-on experience managing organic and paid social within an agency, studio or high-performing in-house environment.
  • A publisher mindset, with evidence of building repeatable content series rather than relying on one-off posts.
  • Strong creator, influencer or third-party relationship management and an understanding of production workflows.
  • Experience working within B2B corporate brand environments while keeping content engaging, accessible and platform-native.
  • Confident communication skills, including presenting strategies to senior stakeholders and providing constructive creative feedback.
