The Solutions Engineer (Pre-Sales) will be the technical face of banking engagements across North America. You’ll shape pre-sales conversations, lead client discovery, and deliver high-impact demos that prove value and drive trust from day one.
The Solutions Engineer (Pre-Sales) will:
– Drive all technical elements of the sales cycle, from discovery to POCs
– Translate pain points into high-impact, data-powered solutions
– Partner with Sales to qualify opportunities and influence account strategy
– Deliver compelling product demos that excite stakeholders at all levels
– Represent the business at major events like SIBOS, ACAMS, and industry webinars
You Will Need:
– 5+ years in pre-sales, solution engineering, or technical consulting
– Deep experience working with large financial institutions
– Hands-on knowledge of banking domains like AML, fraud, KYC, or CRM
– Strong communication skills across technical and business audiences
– Experience with data tools and architecture (e.g. Spark, OpenSearch, Databricks)
