The Senior Solutions Engineer will work directly with senior leaders across UK public sector bodies, bringing complex data platforms to life through compelling demos, prototypes, and POCs. You’ll help solve national-level challenges by translating technical capabilities into tangible business outcomes.


The Senior Solutions Engineer will:

 
– Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders in defence, policing, and intelligence
– Design and deliver powerful product demos and technical trials
– Craft winning RFP responses and articulate data-driven solution strategies
– Own the technical sales cycle in collaboration with Sales, Product, and SMEs
– Represent the company at UK events including NPCC and DSEI


You Will Need:

 
– 5+ years in pre-sales, solution engineering, or value consulting
– Strong UK government domain knowledge (e.g. Home Office, MoD, NCA, MI5/MI6/GCHQ)
– Deep expertise in at least one area: Financial Crime, Data Management, or Customer 360
– Experience leading multiple complex proving engagements or POCs
– Excellent presentation skills and the ability to influence senior technical and business audiences
