The Solutions Evangelist will play a pivotal role in ensuring that customers and partners get the most out of innovative payment solutions. You'll engage with Salesforce implementation experts, payment providers, and key stakeholders to showcase the product's capabilities, define best practices, and influence future product development.
Role Highlights
- Deliver high-impact product demos, presentations, and explainer content for pre- and post-sales
- Engage and educate Salesforce implementation partners through enablement and training sessions
- Manage repeatable professional service tasks such as upgrades and feature enablement
- Collect and relay customer and partner feedback to shape future product development
- Build lasting relationships within the Salesforce and payment partner ecosystem
You Will Need
- 5+ years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Implementation Consultant
- Strong Salesforce platform knowledge; experience with payments or billing solutions is a plus
- Familiarity with solutions like Certinia, RevenueCloud, or AccountingSeed advantageous
- Confidence in client engagement, with excellent organisation and communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to influence product adoption
