We are working with a fast-growing, consumer-focused pet health brand entering an exciting new phase of global expansion. Following a major rebrand and increased international exposure, the business is strengthening its in-house content function to support high-volume, multi-channel campaigns. This Studio Coordinator position is a pivotal hire within the creative team spanning video, design and copy, ensuring work flows efficiently while protecting quality and deadlines.

The Studio Coordinator will act as the operational heartbeat of the studio, ensuring briefs are clear, stakeholders aligned and creative time protected so the team can focus on delivery.

Role Highlights
– Manage intake of up to 100 briefs per month, from digital assets to event concepting
– Oversee studio workflow, resource allocation and deadline tracking via Monday.com
– Challenge and refine briefs to ensure clarity before work begins
– Coordinate photo and video shoots alongside internal and external teams
– Maintain structured asset management and CMS accuracy across digital channels

You Will Need
– Experience in studio, project or content coordination within a fast-paced environment
– Confidence managing stakeholders and pushing back constructively when needed
– Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple live projects
– Exposure to digital or D2C marketing environments
– High attention to detail across reporting, documentation and budget tracking
