The TikTok Affiliate Manager will spearhead a brand-new affiliate programme, focused on building a high-impact network of creators who can drive measurable revenue through TikTok - even without access to TikTok Shop. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping strategy, scaling performance, and helping Popsa overcome the unique platform limitations of personalised products.
The TikTok Affiliate Manager will...
- Recruit and manage a pipeline of TikTok creators
- Launch seasonal campaigns (e.g., Mother's Day, Christmas) that convert engagement into affiliate revenue
- Build creative toolkits and onboarding content to enable creators to showcase the brand authentically
- Analyse and report on campaign and creator performance, adjusting tactics in real time
- Partner with internal teams to develop TikTok-native content and evolve the affiliate strategy over time
You will need...
- Demonstrable success running affiliate or creator marketing programmes - ideally on TikTok
- Solid understanding of TikTok's creator economy and platform-specific challenges
- Creative problem-solving skills to navigate TikTok Shop restrictions
- Strong commercial mindset and experience tracking metrics like CTR, ROI, and conversions
- Excellent communication skills for educating and supporting a diverse creator base
