As they scale, high-quality short-form video is becoming central to how they showcase insight, elevate their brand and strengthen relationships with brokers, developers, and industry partners. This Video Content Specialist position offers you the chance to shape a new chapter in their visibility, working with senior leaders who value clarity, creativity and professional storytelling.

The Video Editor will translate expert knowledge into confident, polished LinkedIn-first video content that elevates the client’s authority and expands their reach.

Role Highlights:
– Craft high-impact video content that feels contemporary, credible and aligned to brand standards
– Edit raw footage into tight, engaging social-ready videos with subtitles, simple branding and fast turnaround
– Capture high-quality filmed content and coach senior presenters to record effective smartphone clips
– Develop scripts, prompts and narrative frameworks that help leaders sound natural and concise
– Support a smooth production workflow from planning to delivery

You Will Need:
– Proven experience producing LinkedIn-optimised video for professional audiences
– Strong storytelling ability across B2B, services or consultancy-led brands
– Confident editing skills with consistent, reliable pace and quality
– Ability to guide time-pressured senior stakeholders on-camera
– Organised workflows and clear communication in a small, fast-moving team
