Mid-Weight Videographer
• £32,000 + up to 5% bonus

We’re working with a global entertainment brand that’s grown from intimate meetups into a powerhouse of digital media, tech and industry-defining events. From Lisbon to Las Vegas, their summits unite 100,000+ innovators and celebrities from gaming, fintech, marketing and beyond.
Now they’re expanding their in-house video team to fuel their creative future.
The Mid-Weight Videographer will craft high-quality, compelling content for a range of platforms, from headline event coverage to dynamic social videos. Working alongside senior creatives, you’ll shape a visual style that reaches a global audience and elevates a world-class brand.
The Mid-Weight Videographer will:
– Shoot and edit short and long-form content for digital, social, and event channels
– Bring ideas to life from brief to storyboard to final cut
– Capture interviews and behind-the-scenes event footage across global locations
– Create animations and motion graphics that align with brand tone and campaigns
– Collaborate with senior videographers to evolve video workflows and visual direction
You will need:
– 3+ years’ video production experience, with a standout showreel
– Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Creative Suite
– Strong camera and lighting knowledge, with an eye for composition
– Clear grasp of brand visuals, consistency and creative flair
– Adaptability, strong communication skills, and a calm head under deadline
