The Vice President of Demand Generation will shape the evolution from product-led growth to a repeatable, performance-led engine, unifying paid media, lifecycle marketing, and data-led decision-making.
Role Highlights
The Vice President of Demand Generation will:
- Oversee and optimize a multi-million-dollar paid media budget across channels like YouTube, paid search, and programmatic
- Build full-funnel lifecycle programs that convert signups into pipeline using tools like Braze and Iterable
- Lead a team of 8–9 across paid media, website, lifecycle, and campaigns
- Partner with BI to deliver actionable insights via Looker, Salesforce, and BigQuery
- Drive test-and-learn culture with speed, clarity, and commercial focus
You Will Need
- Proven leadership in B2B SaaS, ideally in high-velocity, product-led or marketplace models
- Hands-on experience managing $100Ks/month in paid media
- Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, attribution, and full-funnel performance metrics
- Lifecycle marketing expertise using Braze, Iterable, or similar tools
- Familiarity with core martech including Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, Amplitude, BigQuery
