With serious momentum across hyperscalers and global consultancies, this is a rare chance to lead a global Partner Solution Engineering function that’s ready to scale. The incoming VP will join a culture built on accountability, ambition, and real-world impact—where success means co-developing solutions that win in the market, not just on paper.
The VP, Partner Solution Engineering will set the strategic and technical agenda for ecosystem success—driving scalable, repeatable, and revenue-generating outcomes through global partners.
Role Highlights
– Define and execute the global partner solution engineering strategy, aligned with cloud marketplaces and data/AI alliances
– Lead joint solution development with AWS, Azure, GCP, and leading ISVs
– Oversee technical governance, including architecture standards and integration frameworks
– Build and scale a Partner Solution Architecture Centre of Excellence across EMEA, APAC & NA
– Act as executive sponsor for co-innovation, technical delivery, and partner engagement success
You Will Need
– Proven leadership in building partner solution engineering or technical alliances teams within enterprise SaaS
– Deep understanding of data/AI platforms, cloud integration, and marketplace deployment
– Strong track record of co-developing and launching solutions with hyperscalers or GSIs
– Strategic mindset paired with hands-on coaching and technical execution skills
– Ability to influence senior external stakeholders (CTO/CIO level) globally
