The VP Sales will own the full revenue playbook, moving from founder-led growth to scalable success.
The VP Sales will… – Personally close deals at the same pace as the frontline team
– Refine and scale the current high-conversion sales motion
– Train and coach “Growth Sensei” squads across UK, US, and Lisbon
– Lead expansion from £0.5m ARR to £1m+ ARR
– Act as commercial right-hand to the CEO, shaping future revenue leadership
You Will Need – A track record of scaling revenue from 0 to £1m+ ARR
– SaaS experience in Martech or marketing-led environments
– The agility to sell, coach, and build process simultaneously
– Strong founder partnership skills in fast-moving startups
– Comfort operating in high-velocity, low-friction sales settings
