The Web Developer (B2B CRO & UX) will take ownership of the marketing website’s performance, combining front-end development expertise with a strong conversion and user experience mindset.
Role Highlights – core tasks & impact
– Build and optimise landing pages to drive measurable conversion uplift
– Translate campaigns into engaging, high-performing web experiences
– Analyse full user journeys to identify friction and drop-off points
– Run A/B tests and experiments to improve engagement and lead capture
– Collaborate with design and marketing to deliver intuitive, effective layouts
You Will Need – key skills/experience
– Strong front-end development experience across marketing websites
– Solid WordPress expertise and interest in evolving platform architecture
– Proven exposure to B2B or SaaS websites with lead-generation focus
– Data-led CRO and UX mindset with testing and optimisation experience
– Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and deliver at pace
