Hi, my name is Abbie and I'm a Senior Recruitment Consultant in the sales team at 3Search. 

I specalise in go-to-market recruitment in HealthTech, healthcare, wellness and HRTech organisations. Typically partnering with founder-led and PE/VC-backed businesses – from pre-seed to Series C – I support companies through key growth stages. This might be a first commercial hire, market launch, outbound team builds, enterprise sales expansion or leadership hiring following investment. 

With a background in healthcare recruitment, I'm excited to bring my knowledge and experience of the sector to the UK market.
