Hi, my name is Amanda (AJ) and I’m a Principal Recruitment Consultant at 3Search.  

Part of our contract recruitment team, I specialise in engaging social, content influencer and ecommerce hires. Having worked in contract and interim recruitment since 2015, I love the fast-paced nature of the industry.  

Stepping into this sector, it’s incredibly exciting to be working closely with some of the most influential people in the direct-to-consumer space. With the rise of AI, the direction that the industry is headed is especially fascinating.
