Ben Hopkins

Hi, my name is Ben and I am the Talent Engagement Lead at 3Search and the wider 11 Investments group.  

I work closely with the team at 3Search to identify recruitment consultants at all levels to join the company and deliver the excellent service our clients are familiar with.  

I love working with recruitment brands who do things the right way and who make it really easy for me to sell the dream, because they do what they say. There’s nothing better than catching up with one of our new starters and hearing how much of a good time they’re having. 

I joined the business because I had pre-existing relationship with the GOAT – Sarah Selisko-Black – having worked with her in a previous life many years ago. After speaking to Joe, Andy and Charlie, it was an easy decision. 

I think the things which really sets 3Search apart from others is their functional expertise, with recruiters who really nail their niche. There are also the cross-sell opportunities - the ability to partner and collaborate with the other 11 Investment brands on searches to really open up client accounts in other areas.
