Hi, my name is Beth and I'm a Senior Recruitment Consultant in 3Search’s sales division. In my role, I focus on event, business intelligence and market research sales roles, connecting exciting businesses with top talent. 

I began my career in sales recruitment in 2021 before moving into sponsorship sales myself for 18 months. In that time, I have built a unique perspective on the industry, how it operates and the people who power it. 

The relationship-building aspect of recruitment spoke to me more than sales itself. So, I made the move back into recruiting in my current role, where the business puts people at the heart of everything they do.
