Hi, my name is Charlotte and I'm an Associate Consultant within our digital recruitment team.  

I partner with leading and growing consumer brands as they hire into their ecommerce and performance marketing teams. Leveraging my knowledge of the retail, direct-to-consumer and digital marketing world, I support the recruitment of junior to mid-level roles. 

Having graduated with a degree in Psychology, I grew my UGC and content creation career, working closely with a wide range of fashion and retail brands. Now, I'm excited to make an even bigger impact on the growth of these businesses.
