Hi, my name is Matt and I'm the Director of 3Search’s sales recruitment team. In my role, I manage our team of experienced sales recruiters and support businesses in finding mid-level sales talent all the way through to Directors and VPs. 

I began my career in sales myself before transitioning into recruitment in 2011. Over the years, I have developed a deep understanding of the industry and built an expansive network of talent across a variety of backgrounds.

If you’re currently hiring, the best advice I can give is to ensure you’re moving quickly throughout the process. It's more than likely that the candidates you want to hire are in hot demand and short supply. Progressing them quickly through each stage, whilst providing feedback and consistently selling the opportunity to them, gives you the best chance to hire.
