Hi, my name is Michelle and I'm a recruitment consultant at 3Search based in the Austin office.  

I work with high-growth technology businesses across the state to connect them with the go-to-market talent required to grow, including sales, marketing and customer success hires. 

Having built my career in permanent staffing, I love having the opportunity to work closely with candidates and matching them to the right role. Understanding exactly what motivates them and what they actually need from a job – be it money, flexibility, career growth – is why I love recruitment.
