Our ecommerce recruiters first started working with Ancient + Brave in early 2024. With recent investment, the business was expanding rapidly. They have ambitious growth plans for the next five years and needed our expertise to ensure they had the right talent in place to grow successfully.

Ancient + Brave is a founder-led business that had never worked with a recruitment agency before. However, their recent investment from Piper meant they had to ensure that they hired the right talent for sustainable growth.
Since the company was early in their growth, they were building a team structure from scratch and each role was newly created. With no prior knowledge to benchmark the roles against, they engaged our specialist ecommerce recruiters for our networks and knowledge of the sector.
Director, Adrian Ramani, led the search with the support of his team. Our recruiters shared weekly updates about the market to help with the current and future talent acquisition.
