As the business continued to evolve, the team identified the need to strengthen their in-house digital capability with a hire who could contribute across multiple growth channels. The opportunity was designed for someone with a strong digital foundation who was eager to step into a broader growth-focused role, expanding beyond a single discipline and developing across the full digital mix. 

Challenge: Finding digitally strong candidate with the appetite to grow

arena.online were looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive who could:

The team had initially tried to hire directly, however, due to the niche job description, they struggled to find candidates with the right balance of skillset, mindset and cultural fit.
