Adding product capabilities to the business
Initially, the team were looking for a customer experience role to join the business. However, our recruiters realised that this job title wouldn’t solve the challenge that Bella & Duke were facing.
Instead, specialist product recruiter, Francesca Jackson, advised the team to bring a Product Manager onboard. The Product Manager job was a brand-new role for Bella & Duke. Francesca explained to the Head of Product how they would benefit from the role and supported them in writing the job description. This guidance ensured that they only engaged the right candidates during their talent search.
Ultimately, they secured an excellent Product Manager for the team who is exactly what they needed to continue to grow in the sector.
