Inaugurated in 2023, Bicester Motion is a unique destination in Oxfordshire dedicated to the past, present and future of mobility. Combining world-renowned automotive heritage with innovation-led businesses, the destination brings together classic vehicles, future mobility technologies, commercial tenants and experiential spaces across a carefully restored former RAF base. 

At a pivotal stage of growth, the business was expanding its marketing capabilities to support both commercial leasing activity and wider brand awareness, requiring specialist expertise that could help accelerate its ambitions. 

As Bicester Motion expanded its marketing team, it needed two highly specialised hires: 

• Digital Marketing Manager
• Property Marketing Manager
