In 2022, the business began expanding its global Account Based Marketing capability to strengthen client engagement across its largest accounts. This involved the creation of a brand-new role: a Global Account Based Marketing Assistant Director responsible for elevating the sophistication and scale of their ABM function. 

Given the seniority, niche skillset and global remit of the role, the team sought a partner with deep expertise in B2B marketing and a track record of placing specialist ABM talent.

Challenge: Hiring a niche ABM leader to build a global capability
