Birchstone Markets is an award-winning treasury and FX risk management specialist. Their pioneering technology helps clients to identify and manage their FX risk, allowing them to reduce their exposure and protect their bottom line confidently.
We first started working with the business in 2023. Due to business success, they were looking to make their first senior marketing hire. As a result, they came to marketing recruitment agency, 3Search, for support in filling their Head of Marketing job role.
Having grown as much as they could without marketing support, it was time for Birchstone Markets to recruit their first full-time senior marketing professional.
As the first hire into the marketing team, our specialist recruiters took a consultative approach to the hiring process.
