We first began working with Caudwell in 2021 when the business needed the support of a marketing recruitment agency that specialised in real estate and construction marketing recruitment. More recently the company needed our support in their search for a Senior Marketing Executive for their new developments in Mayfair and the south of France.
A niche talent search
Specialist real estate and construction marketing recruitment consultants, Charlotte Titmuss and Will Shaw, worked closely with Caudwell’s Director of Marketing, Anna Durkin, on their search for a Senior Marketing Executive.
The role’s responsibilities meant that this was a very niche talent search. This newly created role was to support on the marketing of Caudwell’s new developments in Mayfair and the south of France, so it was important that the candidate would be able to meet travel requirements. Plus, due to the nature of the Senior Marketing Executive’s work, there was also a communications element to this particular role.
With Caudwell’s requirements in mind, Will mapped the market to find a strong short list of candidates from relevant property businesses.
Taking a consultative approach to the final stage of the recruitment process
Caudwell had two excellent candidates at the final stage of the recruitment process. Both had different levels of experience and expertise, so Will took a consultative approach to ensure they offered the right candidate who would be best suited to support the business in achieving their goals.
Ultimately, Caudwell have hired an excellent Senior Marketing Executive who has hit the ground running in their new role.
