The story of Chambers and Partners

Chambers and Partners is the leading independent professional legal research company operating across 200 jurisdictions. For over 30 years, they have differentiated the very best legal talent by identifying and ranking law firms and lawyers through an unrivalled research methodology. 

Chambers and Partners were looking to expand their sales capability by hiring Business Development Executives to support continued growth across the business. Challenge: Scaling a successful business development function

The business is constantly evolving and growing their product offerings. These particular roles were for a relatively new department, new product and new vertical for Chambers and Partners. As this wasn't a physical product, they were looking for salespeople who could sell more of an ‘idea’. With most of their product range being tangible, this was a brand new area for them. 

They were searching for candidates with an events background, so they would be familiar with selling a concept. It was crucial they would be confident with cold out reach and relationship building. With this criteria, our sales recruiters were able to support in finding excellent candidates for the role.
