ClearScore is a financial marketplace helping users improve their financial wellbeing. The business allows consumers to access financial data, including credit report and score, and Open Banking data. They’re operating in the UK, South Africa, Australia and Canada and have over 20 million users.
We first started working with ClearScore in 2019 when they required digital marketing recruitment support. Most recently, they have engaged our specialist product recruiters for support with growing their product functionality. This team build has included the following roles...
Specialist product management recruiter, Francesca Jackson, worked closely with ClearScore to ensure they had the talent they needed to achieve their objectives. The business was growing into the product space and needed a specialist to advise on and identify top candidates for their team. The search initially started with three product jobs but has since expanded.
To ensure that they were always aligned on the recruitment strategy, Francesca arranged weekly catch-up calls with the hiring team. In this time, Francesca presented new CVs to ensure that ClearScore always had access and visibility of the market.
Francesca worked directly with the VP of Product, taking time to understand their team, how they operated within the business and the challenges they were facing.
To bring in fresh ideas, the VP of Product was specifically looking for Product Managers with experience outside of the FinTech industry. This allowed Francesca to broaden the talent pool, engaging the very best product talent on the market.
We chose to work with 3Search in large part because of Chess and the way she talked about her approach in our initial conversation.
