We have partnered with Hyve, a global events company, to find talent for more than 20 job openings since 2023. When the business migrated to Hubspot, they needed the support of experienced consultants who could ensure the platform was performing the way they needed it to.

The story of Hyve

Hyve is a global events company redefining what it means to connect through live experiences. With a portfolio spanning retail, fashion, education, and construction, Hyve delivers opportunities through in-person events, digital platforms, and curated communities. 

Following the bounce-back of in-person events after COVID, Hyve has regularly undergone rapid periods of growth. This has created demand for both permanent hires across design, social, and generalist marketing, as well as temporary expertise to manage workload spikes.  

Challenge: Finding consultants with a niche expertise

Hyve already has a strong in-house talent team, but with their workload at capacity, they partnered with our specialist recruitment consultants to help move hiring forward quickly. 

Recently, Hyve migrated to Hubspot creating the urgent need for two contractors to set up best practice, create efficient automations, and ensure the platform delivered the right data to support the marketing team.

The contractors placed into the Hubspot project made such an impact that both stayed far beyond their original three-month assignments - one for 20 months, the other for 8 months

Following the success of these hires — and our earlier work supporting Hyve’s design function — we’ve built a trusted, ongoing relationship with the business.
