DAC Beachcroft LLP is a leading international legal business, with a team of over 2,000 and offices in Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America. The firm offers commercial, transactional claims, risk and advisory legal services, supporting their clients in achieving sustainable growth and defending their business and reputation.
We first began working with DAC Beachcroft in 2022. The business was looking for maternity cover for a Bid Manager job, so partnered with a specialist bid recruitment agency to quickly fill this role.
Our specialist bid recruitment consultant, Hayley Jones, was engaged exclusively on this role. The business had already offered on one candidate, who, unfortunately, backed out of the offer. This meant that the hire became even more urgent.
