We first started working with Elliott Scott HR at a pivotal point in their business journey. Our specialist interim recruitment team supported the agency as they searched for an experienced Recruitment Marketing Consultant.
The business got in touch with marketing recruitment agency, 3Search, when their Marketing Manager left the organisation. Rather than simply fill the vacancy, Elliott Scott HR took the opportunity to re-assess their marketing opportunities and goals. To support this growth, they needed to conduct a marketing audit and provide strategic advice, so they opted to hire an interim Marketing Consultant.
Specialist interim recruiter, Sarah Andrews, was best positioned to support this talent search.
