Focused on empowering real estate owners and operators to drive efficiency and data-led decision-making, Facilio’s CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) solutions are helping shape the future of smart building operations worldwide.  

Challenge: Building the US team to support post-funding growth

Following their Series A raise, Facilio needed to grow their presence in the USA quickly and strategically. They were hiring their third team member in the states - a Sales Director - to drive sales and help them gain traction in a highly competitive and niche CMMS market.
