Fairview New Homes is a leading UK housebuilder, known for delivering high-quality residential developments across London and the South East. Their marketing team plays a vital role in driving demand, supporting launches, and maintaining momentum across a busy development pipeline. 

Challenge: An immediate, high-impact maternity cover hire

When Fairview's Marketing Manager was due to go on maternity leave, they needed to secure a Marketing Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract who could step in seamlessly. With the deadline looming, they had to hire quickly to allow for a proper handover during a high-pressure period. 

Given the time sensitivity and the specialist nature of property marketing, this was not a role that could be left to chance. The challenge was twofold: 

  • Hire quickly, to allow for handover before maternity leave began 
  • Hire well, ensuring the candidate had proven property marketing experience and could hit the ground running during a busy launch schedule
