Building Floww’s first marketing team
Floww got in touch with Jaemien for support in finding their first marketers. The business was searching for talent who would be able to come in and support Sarah in implementing their first marketing strategy.
In order to fully understand the business and its requirements, Jaemien met with Sarah to discuss the roles in detail. As their first marketing hires, Floww set specific, specialist skill set requirements for each role. They needed talent who would be able to come in and support their growth effectively.
With these specific briefs in mind, Jaemien and her team were able to deliver shortlists for each role within 1-2 weeks. Working closely with Sarah and the wider business, all three successful candidates have come into the marketing team and hit the ground running.
