Recruitment consultant, Hannah Glazebrook, was best positioned to support the searches for Marketing Associates. Hannah's extensive network of marketers allowed her to immediately take the role to market and quickly identify talent who would be perfect for the role.
Initially, the hiring team had planned a long interview process. This resulted in long wait times for feedback and candidates becoming disengaged in the process – applying for roles with competitors.
To create a better recruitment experience for both Gresham House and the candidates they were interviewing, Hannah took on a consultative role. Using her knowledge of the recruitment market at the time, she helped them craft a shorter, smoother process that still allowed the hiring team to assess candidates appropriately.
