HB Reavis needed a marketing recruitment agency to assist with an urgent brief for a Senior Marketing Manager, so they got in touch with 3Search's specialist property marketing recruitment team.
The business’ current Senior Marketing Manager was moving internally away from marketing and, as a result, they needed a replacement for them as soon as possible. Plus, with Christmas right around the corner and a second Lockdown just one week away, the turnaround had to be quick.

It was agreed that they needed the shortlist quickly, as London was due to go into lockdown roughly a week and a half later.

She delivered a shortlist within one week and had first-stage interviews booked in for the week after. As a result, she managed to squeeze in face-to-face interviews just before the lockdown.
The whole process was wrapped up in just three weeks. After three conversations with the business, Lucy impressed them so much that the business went over budget and offered her the role.
