The story of Helping Hands Home Care

Operating since 1989, Helping Hands Home Care is one of the UK’s leading providers of domiciliary care. With a national network of branches and a mission to improve the lives of families through compassionate, personalised support. 

As the business continued to scale, they recognised the importance of building a modern, commercially driven sales and marketing function that could drive visibility, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.  

Challenge: Building a modern commercial team during a period of growth

The challenge was multi-layered. Their headquarters in Alcester made talent attraction complex. Plus, with their internal talent team incredibly busy with branch, care worker and head office hires, the business chose to engage our specialist recruiters to support this crucial expansion.
