With a vast European network and strong presence across North America, their portfolio spans more than 55 companies worth c.$180 billion in aggregate enterprise value. 

Our partnership began with Hg Capital when their view of marketing evolved. The firm needed to build a modern, multi-disciplinary team to stay competitive in the industry.  

Challenge: Strengthening marketing capability within private equity

The private equity landscape has shifted significantly in recent years, demanding new levels of sophistication from marketing. Hg needed a recruitment agency who could act as an advisor, helping to shape each brief as their needs evolved and define what the “right talent” looked like at each stage of growth.

They required marketers who not only understood the intricacies of the PE environment, but who could grow with the firm and add value long-term. In a niche and highly competitive market, they needed a partner with deep sector knowledge and established access to this calibre of talent.
