Founded in 2004 to make people happy through chocolate, Hotel Chocolat is a well-known premium chocolate brand, operating across retail, eCommerce, and direct-to-consumer channels. 

At a pivotal moment for the business, they were preparing to relaunch their website – a key commercial channel. To do this, they needed enhanced ecommerce capability to support both day-to-day trading and seasonal peaks.
