The story of Level Financial Technology

Level was founded in 2020 with a mission of helping workers borrow less and save more. The business builds innovative tools by combining the newest technology with the power of payroll, like On-Demand Pay and Payroll Savings. Their tools are already helping hundreds of thousands of workers each week. 

When they made a strategic pivot three years into their growth journey, they recognised the need to strengthen their commercial function. As a lean team with ambitious goals, hiring the right Partnerships Manager was critical to driving growth and building the foundations for long-term success.
