Our partnership with LYMA began in 2025, following the appointment of a new Chief Commercial Officer. As LYMA was entering its next phase of growth, the team needed to engage senior ecommerce leaders to build a high-performing function.

The story of LYMA

LYMA is a fast-scaling, multi-award-winning luxury health and wellness brand. They combine science-led innovation with a premium consumer experience, delivering a holistic approach to health and wellness.  

As the business grew, the leadership team identified ecommerce as a key driver of future performance. Having identified the need for ecommerce leaders, they needed a specialist recruiter to support their growth. That's where we came in. 

Challenge: Appointing senior ecommerce leadership in a competitive market

The initial brief was for a Head of Ecommerce, a new role created to own ecommerce and the website end-to-end. The successful candidate needed to bring strategic oversight while remaining close to execution, operating effectively in a scale-up environment.
