The story of Medivet

Founded in 1987, Medivet is one of the UK’s leading veterinary care providers. With more than 350 practices, they’re dedicated to helping pets live a long, happy, and healthy life. 

In 2024, they underwent a major CRM transformation - migrating to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and scaling their data-driven marketing efforts. To make this a success, they needed to hire a CRM Analytics Manager who could bridge the gap between marketing, technology, and data. 

Challenge: Finding a CRM specialist to lead strategic transformation

The brief called for someone with: 

  • Strong technical skills in SQL, Power BI, and CRM automation 
  • Hands-on experience with MS Dynamics 365 
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities

This was a critical hire to help Medivet deliver smarter, more personalised communications across more than 350 clinics. However, after months of searching both directly and via another recruitment agency, they hadn’t found anyone with the right combination of technical expertise and strategic experience. 

Solution: A repositioned brief and targeted market search
