Our relationship with MetaCompliance, cybersecurity training platform, began in 2025. The business had just onboarded their new VP of Marketing when they needed our support to build out the team beneath her.

The story of MetaCompliance

MetaCompliance is a leading provider of cybersecurity and compliance solutions, helping organisations keep employees engaged, informed, and protected from online threats. With ambitious growth plans, they needed to strengthen their marketing team to support their next stage of expansion.

Challenge: Building a new marketing function quickly

Having identified the three core verticals they needed to onboard – demand generation, product marketing and content – the VP of Marketing reached out to 3Search for support. 

We had first connected during her own job search in 2022. Having stayed in contact through our events and communities, she reached out again when she stepped into her new role and needed to make two urgent hires.  

Time was of the essence with this recruitment process as these roles were key to establishing the foundation of the marketing structure. Given the urgency, the business needed a partner who could move quickly and bring deep market insight. 

Product marketing roles vary widely between businesses, while content can be highly subjective. They trusted our deeply specialised recruiters to act as a sounding board and provide clarity in a competitive market.

Solution: A targeted, agile recruitment approach

Our approach was highly targeted. For the product marketing job, we built detailed market maps to ensure full coverage of the talent pool. For the content role, we had to be agile, adapting mid-process by introducing a task to help the hiring manager make a confident, informed decision.

Alongside this, we provided salary benchmarking to ensure the roles were positioned competitively, giving the hiring team the confidence that the right calibre of candidates were being targeted.

Both hires are set to start shortly, giving Metacompliance a well-structured team ready to take the business to the next stage. We’re now supporting on roles in Design and Events and look forward to continuing to grow the partnership.
