Founded in 2000, Miller Harris is a British fragrance house, embodying a modern and unconventional artistic spirit. Over the years, the business has built a strong digital presence and a seasonal ecommerce trading cycle. As the business approached peak season in 2025, they faced a significant challenge within their ecommerce team. 

With the Head of Ecommerce due to go on maternity leave, there was a real risk that the website - a critical revenue channel - would be left unsupported during the busiest period of the year.
