The story of Mulalley

Founded in 1972, Mulalley is a leading construction and regeneration specialist, delivering projects across housing, refurbishment, and planned maintenance. Operating extensively within the social housing sector, the business has built a strong reputation for delivering complex projects while maintaining a commitment to quality, compliance, and community impact. 

As demand continued to increase, the business identified the need to expand its bid team to support future growth ambitions. 

Challenge: Finding specialist bid talent in a highly competitive market

Mulalley's bid function was experiencing increasing demand, creating a need for additional resource to maintain quality standards while supporting business growth. 

Most recently, we partnered with the organisation on a Senior Bid Writer hire with proven experience in social housing and public sector procurement.
