Solution: A confidential, multi-hire search led by specialists
We partnered with the Chief Growth Officer and their team to run a multi-hire project across marketing. We ran a discreet, relationship-led search to deliver a full shortlist across all five roles, without compromising confidentiality.
Every role required a different specialism, so we deployed multiple recruitment consultants - each an expert in their vertical - to run targeted searches:
- Fabio Can Alesi to support on the CRM roles
- Victoria Stokes to work on the trade marketing jobs
The entire team build was overseen by Director, Michael Judkins, who organised communications with Naked Wines and ensured everyone was aligned on the search parameters.
