The story of Newcross Healthcare Solutions

Founded in 1996, Newcross Healthcare was built to remove the barriers between the right people and the care that’s needed. Now, they are one of the UK’s largest healthcare workforce providers, powered by technology, compassion, and the belief that better connections mean better care. 

We have worked with the business since 2023, but most recently supported them in enhancing specialist skills within their design function 

Challenge: Sourcing niche creative talent discreetly and quickly

Newcross Healthcare identified the need to strengthen its creative and content capabilities with a Creative Designer and Videographer & Motions Graphics hire. The briefs were highly specific, and they needed a specialist recruitment agency they could trust to support on mapping out the market and approaching these individuals.

The briefs were complex. They were searching for candidates who could deliver a mix of creative, visual, and digital skills from commutable locations (ideally Bristol). The existing talent pool was narrow, which is where specialist creative and design recruiter, Yasmin Vachet, stepped in.
